Cancellation policy

Accommodation
Accommodations have a two-week notice for refunds of cancellation.
QRSE2024 Registration

QRSE provides a full refund for cancellations received by midnight on Monday 11th July 2024.

A 50% refund for cancellations received by midnight on Monday 18th July 2024
-
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received from Tuesday 19th July 2024.
Please email both the conference committee QRSE2024@bath.ac.uk and Event Bath conferencesandevents@bath.ac.uk to cancel. A £20 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
